What a SEASON!

Kimi wins! Oh my goodness! This has possibly been the best F1 season ever! Kimi Raikonnen beat Lewis Hamilton by just 1 point! Lewis went into this race with a 4 point lead over Alonso and a 7 point lead over Kimi. But with a terrible start and some gear box problems, Lewis ended up fighting for the race from 18th position, only to finish 7th.

Kimi has been a good race driver from the start. He was runner-up in both 2003 and 2005. Finally, he managed his maiden win in 2007. It isn't bad for Lewis to finish second, in his rookie year, either. This guy has a wonderful career ahead of him. I certainly hope that they continue to stay at opposing teams in the future so that the rest of us can continue to watch the scraps for many years to come.

Anyway, Freeview sucks. For some reason, it refused to tune into ITV1 today! But I suck too, cause I didn't realise that ITV1 was available on analogue TV until the end of the race! So, I missed about half of the race, trying to tune ITV1 in. But it was a wonderful race and a wonderful season. Kimi's 110 points to Lewis's and Alonso's 109 points, is just incredible.
