Sad reason to sell your company.

Hans Reiser who is currently on trial for the murder of his wife, is looking to sell Namesys, the company he founded. Namesys develops and sells ReiserFS, a super fast, journal file system used primarily in Linux computers. I'm personally a user and advocate of ReiserFS. It has better performance and stability than Ext3 (in my personal experience that is).

But it's sad that he has to sell his company in order to fund his trial. The vultures must be circling now. ReiserFS is a fairly popular filesystem. It is the default filesystem on my distro, Slackware. It is just a very sad reason to have to sell your company. Funding your own murder trial. Sad.
